Tiff and Rach here! Our podcast, the Knowbodies, began as a deeply personal perspective through our Anatomy Trains Structural Integration school journey. This take is atypical in our line of work. We believe that our experience is a valuable part of how we serve others through this lens. Season one takes you through our school experience and season two brings a more educational view of fascia and invites other practitioners in our field to help us share our message from different points of view.
